+2. **Theme B — Sunny & Bold:** Fun, vibrant beach rental vibe (Tim liked TransitPin's landing page)
+3. **Theme C — Coastal Elegant:** Refined, upscale coastal that Ashley would prefer (think: clean, sophisticated, white/blue/gold)

+All three need motion, real photos from the existing site, accurate content, and area info.
