Germaine wants:

- Theme B — Sunny & Bold: Fun, vibrant beach rental vibe (Tim liked TransitPin's landing page)
- Theme C — Coastal Elegant: Refined, upscale coastal that Ashley would prefer (think: clean, sophisticated, white/blue/gold)
All three need motion, real photos from the existing site, accurate content, and area info.
