Rebrand SharkTank → VerdictTank

- Full rename: project dir, mockup dir, all pages, proposal
- New VerdictTank proposal incorporating pipeline review feedback:
  tiered pricing, real financial model with churn/CAC/LTV,
  reconciled timeline (Apr 2027), new risks section,
  pipeline self-review verdict banner
- Original SharkTank proposal archived with superseded banner
- Mockup: model names removed, file upload added, em dashes purged
- Proposals index updated with versioning (active + archived)
- Updated README.md and CHANGELOG.md
