Email MCP server — send and check inbox from Open WebUI.

## Tools

## Configuration
- SMTP: `mail.germainebrown.com:2525` (MXroute)
- IMAP: `mail.germainebrown.com:993`
- Credentials: `/root/.config/himalaya/<file>.pass` files

## Deployment
- **Location:** app1 (152.53.36.131) — Docker container
- **⚠️ Internal hostnames hardcoded** — will fail outside ITPP infra
